This is why I’m trying to keep up with an exercise regime even though it hurts to do it. I am trying to reduce it down to a level that doesn’t increase the pain too much.
I so agree Megan. I exercise daily, if I need to modify due to pain I do, but I make sure I find time to move and stretch everyday.
Exactly, do something but modify to suit where you are at. I was trying to walk every day but have cut back to 3 times a week maximum because I found my pain levels were always high. Since cutting back my pain levels seem to be falling slowly.
