It’s obviously easier to live the most simple, sustainable and meaningful life you can if you are as healthy as you can be.
Focusing on our health is important, especially if we’re living with a chronic illness. To do this we can focus on eating healthily, exercising at a level that is suitable for our bodies, and focusing on having a positive outlook and attitude towards life.
Today’s post is going to be very short, as I feel this topic is kind of overarching all the other letters in our guide. What we are aiming for with our simple, sustainable and meaningful life is a healthy lifestyle that reduces stress and allows time for physical and mental well-being.
