O is for Outdoors
Getting outside is so good for us mentally, physically and spiritually. Even if it’s to sit and soak up the sun or listen to the rain, I feel it’s important to get outside every day.
Connecting with nature is so important. Going for a short walk is a great opportunity to be mindful and to clear our minds. It has also been shown to boost creativity.
Again I’m going to keep this post short and mainly use photos to portray my thoughts…
